Dust removal is an essential maintenance task, especially for LCD projectors. Since the L-board of the projector is fully heat-dissipated, there is usually a special fan to cool it with a flow rate of tens of liters of air per minute. The high-speed airflow may also entrain tiny dust particles after passing through the dust filter. They rub against each other to generate static electricity and are adsorbed to the system, this will have an impact on the projected image.
Therefore, it is very important to prevent dust in the environment where the projector is used. Smoking must be strictly prohibited because smoke particles are more likely to be adsorbed in the optical system. Clean the dust filter at the air inlet frequently, at least once a month. Always make sure the ventilation filter is properly covered and clean the projector ventilation filter every 50 hours of use.
