1.Types of flooring
There are three basic types of wood vinyl flooring available on the market today. The first two are fairly traditional and have been available for decades. They are roll flooring and tiles. With roll flooring you get the best price and the fastest installation, although it is typically the least authentic look and feel. Tiles are made in various wood parquet patterns to mimic the look of parquet flooring. The newest wood PVC flooring is a plank style flooring, known as luxury or deluxe vinyl, which mimics hardwood floors. It is designed in board-width planks that adhere to each other.
2.Selecting your floor
As with any other flooring product, your main considerations are matching your decor, staying within your budget and knowing what the installation requirements will be. First select a color and grain that suits your space. Start with the existing woodwork. If it is stained rather than painted, select a floor that matches the color and grain, or a contrasting floor that complements it. Next decide which type of floor best suits your budget and installation abilities, and select the flooring you like best in that product.

4.Quality Inspection during production
Quality inspectors will test the flooring quality in five steps to guarantee your floor in perfect condition.
a.When the basic layers production finished,will check if the thickness is even as required standards.
b.During flooring production,they take floors randomly through each pallet to check the thickness and color difference.
c.Lab device to test shrinkage,coefficient of wearing ability.
d.During cutting into required sizes,will check the color difference again.
e.Before packing,will check the installation sealing between floors,size and color difference again,if any floors with defects found,will report to production mananager timely and make solutions.
