PVC Printing Film is designed to make decorative sheet that is applied to PVC vinyl floor. The process applies thermal ink transferring technique. Therefore, it's quick, clean and simple in printing process.

If your vinyl flooring is sticking up, it could be due to poor adhesion, a rough or uneven subfloor, or environmental factors like humidity. Here's how you can fix it:

1. Reapply Adhesive:

• Clean the Area: Start by cleaning the area under the lifted vinyl. Use a clean cloth to remove any dust, dirt, or debris that may prevent proper adhesion.
• Apply Adhesive: If the adhesive under the vinyl has failed, you can use a vinyl floor adhesive or even super glue for small areas. Apply it evenly to the back of the lifted vinyl and to the subfloor.
• Press Down: Press the vinyl down firmly into place. You can use a rolling pin or a heavy object to apply even pressure and ensure a good bond.
• Wipe Off Excess Adhesive: If any adhesive seeps out from the edges, wipe it off with a damp cloth before it dries.

2. Use a Heat Gun or Hair Dryer:

• Heat the Vinyl: Gently heat the vinyl with a heat gun or a hair dryer set on low. This will make the vinyl more pliable and easier to flatten.
• Press Down: Once heated, press the vinyl down using a rolling pin or your hands. Apply even pressure until it stays flat.

3. Flatten with a Rolling Pin:

• Roll Over the Area: After applying adhesive or heating the vinyl, use a rolling pin or similar tool to press down and flatten the vinyl. Start from the center and work your way outward to push out any air bubbles.

4. Secure with Weights:

• Place Heavy Objects: If the vinyl continues to lift after reapplying adhesive and pressing it down, place heavy objects (like books or a flat weight) over the area for 24 hours to help the adhesive set properly.

5. Replace the Tile or Plank:

• Remove the Old Tile/Plank: If the vinyl is too damaged or won't stay down, you might need to replace the entire tile or plank. Carefully lift the damaged piece, clean the area underneath, and install a new piece.
• Match the Pattern: Ensure that the new tile or plank matches the existing flooring pattern. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for installing the new piece.

6. Check for Moisture Issues:

• Inspect for Moisture: If the problem persists, it could be due to moisture issues. Check the subfloor for any signs of moisture or water damage. If found, address the moisture issue before reinstalling the vinyl.

7. Use Double-Sided Tape (Temporary Fix):

• Apply Tape: For a temporary fix, you can use double-sided tape designed for flooring. Place it under the lifted area and press the vinyl down.

Preventive Measures:

• Control Humidity: Try to maintain a stable indoor humidity level to prevent the vinyl from expanding and contracting.
• Proper Installation: Ensure that the subfloor is clean, smooth, and dry before installation to prevent future lifting issues.
