HSJ-65 "HIGHER SPEED" Plastic Corrugated Pipe Machine This machine is widely used as ElECTRIC WIRE CONDUIT PIPE production, Shisha Hookah Hose production, Flexible Sink Corrugated Pipe production, and Washing Machine Corrugated Pipe production. The whole line consists of a HSJ-65mm Single Screw Extruder(18.5kw/22kw driving motor), Mould and die head, Forming Machine(with flexible corrugators), Auto-Tension Controller, and a Two-Station Pipe Colier.

HSJ-65(45) Single Screw Extruder

HSJ-65/30 Single Screw Extruder, is installed with 22kw driving motor, its output can reach to max. 70kg/h. which is mainly used to process PP, PE, PVC,ABS,PA, etc. Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules used for making corrugated pipe. This Extruder Plasticizing performance is super excellent, by a accurately control temperature system, <0.1℃. While a better controlled polymers will gives high glossy, shining, friction resisting corrugates wall surface.
Extrusion Die Head and Mould
The mould adopts inner spiral channel structure design, it is mounted on the extruder flange directly. It's optimized structure guaranteed the extrusion flow stable, uniform pressure controlling. Inside the mould, also designed with air channel for the pipe blowing. The whole production line has the advantages of fast and stable speed, easy to operate.

Corrugated Pipe Forming Machine
"Higher Speed" · It means a machine with more production capacity than a standard machine. Installing with a "Pushing Designed" corrugated forming machine, and excellent accurately control, this will makes will perfect corrugated pipe.
The Corrugated Forming Machine adopts gear transmission controlling, the pipes will be cooled down by chilled water, and strong blowers, which production speed can be up to 20-30m/min, and the pipe with characteristics of one-step forming, uniform shape of the ripples, consistent joint, smooth inside and outside pipe wall.
We have two choices for this corrugated forming machine, you can choose load 60 pairs, 72 pairs corrugated former mould into it, usually the most commonly popular choice is φ16+32/20+25mm into two cavity, φ40/50mm into single cavity.

Two Station
Pipe Coiler Machine
The Two Station Pipe Winder, by using torque motor, promises stable tension controlled. The opening and closing of the winding plate are automatically controlled. The winder is equipped with two sets of alternating winding to ensure the continuity of production.
Automatic Pipe Coiler This machine max. coiling speed can reach to 30m/min, adopts torque driving motor, cooperated with guiding system. Whole machine controlling system is Smart PLC control, the cutter will be mounted on the coiler unit.
