Pesticidal Mechanismof B2:Abamectin B2ais a kind of nerve agent, which has special mechanism of action: it has effect on γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) system of insect synapses or neuromuscular synapses, then nerve terminals are motivated and emit GABA, which is ainhibitor of neurotransmission, and the C1 passageway of GABA gatingis protractedlyopened, so a large number of C1 swarming into C1 passageway, which lead to nerve membrane potential hyperpolarizing, and nerve membrane is in a status of inhibition, and the nerve impulse conduction is interdicted, therefore insects are paralyzed, refusal to food and dead.
