Top-Trans QSFP+-40G-XSR4 is a 40GBASE-XSR4 transceiver equivalent to Mellanox MC2210411-SR4E, compatible with the Mellanox MSN2100 Series Switch and MCX516A-BDAT NIC. This XSR4 transceiver is similar to the SR4 transceiver, but provides an extended 400M fiber link and enables a wide range of LAN connections for data center and enterprise infrastructure.
This QSFP+ module features the parallel Quad Small Form-Factor Pluggable (QSFP) with four independent 850NM VCSEL transmitters and PIN receivers. This QSFP module creates the data link of 40GBASE-SR4 over a 300 meters OM3 multimode fiber (400 meters via OM4). This QSFP+ Module features an MPO/MTPTM connector for the latest 8 cores new cabling system. This QSFP+ Module supports 40G to 4x10G Breakout Application with MTP/MPO to 4x10G LC cable. This QSFP+ module is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3by, IEEE 802.3cc, SFF-8402, SFF-8472, 21CFP-1040 LC#50 7/2001. It features build-in DDM/DOM via the I2C Interface to monitor the operating status.
