IBE Electronics Co.,ltd has been serving the contract manufacturing (ODM,OEM/EMS), industry for 25 years in China. The service includes Electronic Device Design , PCB Fabrication, components sourcing, PCB Assembly,conformal coating, sub-assembly and programming&testing, to final box packing, a Turnkey Solution. To expand the business and provide better services to North American customers, IBE opened new facilities IBE (USA) in 40760 Encyclopedia Cir,Fremont, CA, 94538 in 2017, and IBE(Vietnam) in Dai Dong Industrial Zone-Hoan Son, Hoan Son Commune, Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province, which can provide a full range of PCB assembly service. IBE continues to invest in new technologies, providing a complete manufacturing solution to meet customers' needs and make the process more economical. | Production Line: | We have 14 SMT lines,20 DIP lines,9 Assembly lines,12 testing lines. IBE Group invested in modernized,it's equipment introduces multi-layered automatic PCB production equipment,high-precision CNC and relevant casing and molding equipment,16 automatic printers,36 rapid chip mounters,12 moderate and high speed chip mounters,12 online SPI machines from leading international equipment suppliers.The productivity of chip mounting is as high as 50 million pieces a day. The productivity of plug-in components is 2 million pieces a day and the productivity of assembled units is 6 million a month.The group can mount chip components including 0201 and 01005 as well as QFP,BGA and fine pitch parts down to a pitch of 0.3mm with ultra precision.We have modernized workshops and six complete assembly lines as well as two packaging lines capable of providing finished products in the fields of military defense, medical,and aerospace,etc.

| Our Team: | IBE Group has about 1200 employees and the plants of a floor area of 18000 square meters. We stick to the rigorous quality management,procedure control and sets up 100% complete AOI inspection.
Our quality management department track and inspect every link of product quality regularly.
15 engineers in our engineering department provide technical support for our customer on analysis of design for manufacturability,product fault judgment,PCB layout components selection and component replacement evaluation,etc.
