• Ice To Food Ratio:
• Please reserve at least a 1:1 ice to food ratio, better 3:2, and stagger ice to chilling everything.
• How to Clean Soft Backpack Cooler:
• Clean with soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not use any chemical cleaner. In particular, it may smell a little bit when the first time you receive the soft cooler. This is normal and it will disappear after washing and standing for a period of time.
• Storage:
• Please wipe off dirt and place in a cool well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
