New Type Warehouse Customized Drive-in Metal Storage Steel Rack
Drive-in pallet racking system is a cost-effective, high-density storage solution for warehouses. Forklifts are able to drive in the system directly so that there is no extra aisle for storage and retrieval. Drive in-pallet rack is closed off at one end while the drive-through pallet rack is open at both ends. It is best used for warehouses of high storage density but low stock rotation.

Drive in pallet racking system is a high-density storage solution available for your warehouse design. If you are going to store large quantities of similar or identical goods, drive-in pallet racking system is a good choice.
Compared with conventional standard pallet racks, Drive-in Pallet Racking System is able to free up as much as 90% of existing available ground space, making great advantage of the space in your facility. However, the selectivity of the system is greatly reduced correspondingly. Thus, it is not suitable for storing products of mix types.
Drive in pallet racking system follows the principle of FILO, which means the first stored pallet will be the last one to pick up and individual pallets can be accessed one by one from the front of the rack.

How Does Drive-in Pallet Racking System Work?
Drive-In pallet rack systems store pallets that are driven into the rack system by forklift operators and loaded onto horizontal rails. Drivers then remove the pallets from the same entry point at which they were loaded when it’s time to move them. Drive-in rack systems are typically placed against a wall or are otherwise closed at one end of the system.
