Working Principle of Tuning Fork Level Switch
NYYCUK tuning fork level switch is a universal level limit switch. The tuning fork is excited by a piezoelectric crystal to vibrate. When the tuning fork is immersed in a liquid or solid, the vibration frequency changes. This frequency change is detected by an electronic circuit. Tuning fork level limit switch is not affected by dielectric constant, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, vibration and other factors, no moving parts, so no maintenance and adjustment, is the ideal choice for level switch under complex working conditions, the application of the latest intelligent chip can be used as oil-water interface switch.
Design feature of Tuning Fork Level Switch
