Trolley Type Resistance Bogie Hearth Furnace is state standard energy saving cyclic furnace. It is a fiber structure saving
60% power consumption. It is among the first manufacturers to employ compound high aluminum porcelain nail group,
trolley anti-explosion sealing bricks, automatic sealing trolley and furnace door, and integrated rail. This series furnace is
applicable to the quenching, annealing and aging treatment of high chrome parts, high manganese cast parts, cast iron,
rolls, steel balls, 45# steel parts and others.

Temperature Control System
Temperature control: the bogie hearth furnace adopts Shimaden intelligent temperature controller (Japan brand) to
control the temperature which has self-tuning function to calculate the ideal PID parameter and achieve a temperature
stability. The heat treatment furnace has 2 temperature control zones for controlling the linkage between the temperature
and the motor movements.
Each zone of the bogie hearth furnace is set with an over-temperature alarm. When the furnace works, the heating loop works
according to the set program of the temperature controller.
The control actuation system of the bogie hearth furnace is a large-power triggering one complete with a radiator and
an air cooling system. The heating loop is equipped with ammeter, voltmeter, heating element on-off indicator, power-on
interlock protection, and safe earthing measures.
1) The trolley type bogie hearth furnace has a shell of welded steel plates and sectional steel. The structure is of thick material.
2) The hearth wall lining is an all-fiber structure, saving about 60% of power consumption compared with
the traditional brick hearth.
