Product introduction about the Brazing Furnace:

Controlled atmosphere aluminum furnace system includes a spray system, a drying furnace, a set of control atmosphere brazing furnace and a cooling system.The controlled atmosphere brazing furnace has a preheating chamber with an atmosphere curtain and behind that is the brazing area from which the product will be go through a retarded cooling chamber with an atmosphere curtain to make the work-piece weld and fix . The temperature of the work-piece from the retarded cooling chamber is about 300℃ and then the temperature of the work-piece is reduced again through the air cooling chamber to make the manual operation convenient.

• Fine and reasonable heating furnace partition, high precision advanced temperature control meter hardware selection and software parameter adjustment, so that the furnace temperature control precision is high (±0.2℃), the temperature difference of the product in the brazing area (575℃~650℃) is less than ±3℃;

• The heating power of drying zone is strong and has high circulation wind speed in the furnace so that can ensure the work-piece into the brazing furnace dry thoroughly without residual moisture.

• The technology of natural cooling zone in the brazing furnace ensure the weld link of aluminum brazing work-piece is fine and compact and has high welding strength of dense.

• The air cooling area has strong air cooling ability, small vibration and low noise, which can protect the operator and make indoor environment clean and comfortable to the maximum extent.
