Product introduction:
Continuous brazing furnace equipment under the role of nitrogen protection, the use of non-corrosive brazing agent continuous brazing automotive aluminum intercooler, water tank, automotive air conditioning condenser, evaporator, radiator tank, aluminum oil cooler and other products.
This continuous gas protected aluminum brazing furnace is mainly used for automobile pipe brazing, automobile parts brazing, stainless steel electric plate brazing, mechanical parts brazing, air conditioning cold parts brazing in automobile, home appliances, electronics, hardware, machinery and other industries.
Product charcateristics:
1. The shell is composed of Q235-6mm thick steel plate and structural steel.The top is fixed and sealed by bolts and the side for easy maintenance;
2. The top, wall and bottom of the furnace are equipped with needled blanket fiber cotton insulation materials.The roof insulation material will be attached to the removable roof On the cover.The use of needled blanket fiber cotton insulation can ensure low heat storage and easy to control the temperature;The insulation layer is made of ceramic fiber needled blanket made by Shandong Luyang Stock Co., Ltd., which has excellent thermal insulation performance and can save more than 30% electric energy when heating up.
3. The helical electric heating wire is inserted into the furnace body from the side through the insulating porcelain tube, and the opening is blocked with the ceramic plug head to prevent heat loss and facilitate the replacement;
4. MUFFLE adopts SUS304-6mm, SUS316L-6mm plate of TISteel. After a large folding machine, the furnace MUFFLE has a folding length of 6 meters, and a V-shaped groove is pressed at the bottom.
5. Stainless steel towing rail is used at the bottom of muffle to facilitate muffle sliding by thermal expansion and cold contraction;
6. Two nitrogen pipelines and one thermocouple for temperature measurement are installed inside muffle;
