Breif introduction:
Brake beam assembly is used by three piece casting type bogies. The main function of brake beam is to transfer the brake force from the car body to the wheels via the levers device and realize the braking of the railway wagons. Brake beam assembly is manufactured by forging or casting.
Tieke has been producing railway wagons and bogies for over 10 years. We have series options of various brake beams to apply for different gauge, different axle load, different brake ratios. We could also produce tailer designed brake beam according to customer requirement.
Main features:
1. Adopt assembled structure: the production quality better controlled compared with traditional casting brake beam;
2. The stress distribution is more reasonable, due to the complete brake beam structure;
3. Adopt forging pillar and clip, improving the reliability in work;
4. Adopt non-metal slid wear plate, less weariness and inspection work;
5. Adopt slid block structure, improving the strength, restraining eccentric wear of brake shoes.
