Structure description:
The main structure of the seat consists of a backrest and headrest, a seat cushion, a chair leg, a side armrest and center armrest, and a runway installed on the leg bracket. In addition, considering the decorative effect, a bottom cover made of fiberglass is added to the lower part of the seat cushion. The outer parts of the chair legs and legs are made of PVC and ABS materials, respectively. The back plate of the cushion is molded with ABS material, and there is a interface for installing a small tea table and garbage bin with a flip panel.
The seat is equipped with a combination runway glide path on the foot bracket, an upper runway glide path on the lower part of the movable seat cushion, and a buckle for controlling sliding is also installed on the slide path. The operating button of the buckle is installed in the front section of the seat armrest, and sliding can be achieved by pressing the button by passengers. The button can be lowered to stop at this position, which meets the requirements of humanization. The upper sides of the backrest cushion are equipped with sliding blocks, which move within the sliding slots of the fixed backrest frame. The lower sides of the backrest cushion are hinged with the rear end of the seat cushion and slide with the sliding of the seat cushion. The power of the seat cushion comes from the forward force of the human body.
There are fixed armrests on both sides of the seat, mainly consisting of armrests, manual switches, armrest brackets, and inner and outer panels. The armrests are made of steel plate folded edges and covered with polyurethane self skinning composite, and are fixed to the armrest bracket through welding bolts at the bottom, with manual switches installed. Then, the inner and outer panels made of ABS material are paired on the armrest through brackets; The design of the middle armrest, considering the convenience of passengers entering and exiting, should be able to be flipped up and placed between two cushions. The middle armrest mainly consists of a bracket, armrest, and outer cover plate. The armrest bracket is fixed between the leg bracket and the two backrest brackets, and the armrest is connected to the bracket and rotated through connecting pins and screws. The armrest is covered with polyurethane self skinning on the outside, and the outer cover plate is made of ABS material.
