Application:
The equipment mainly simulates the seawater environment to carry out the immersion test on the samples. By submerging in seawater for a long time or intermittently, check whether the sample shell is corroded by seawater and the degree of corrosion. It is beneficial for users to improve the shell material or structural design.
Product characteristics:
1. The inner box is made of PVC plastic (salt water is corrosive to metal), and there is a drain port at the bottom, and the outside of the box is controlled by a valve to facilitate regular drainage.
2. The outside of the box is reinforced by stainless steel square welding.
3. The control box is installed next to the immersion tank, made of stainless steel, and uses a 4-inch touch screen to control the time, start, stop and other operations.
4. There is a sample hanging basket in the box, and the size of the sample basket is about 250 wide * 500 deep * 350 mm high.
5. The sample is taken and placed from the top of the box.
6. Use the lead screw device to lift the sample basket.
7. The range of immersion time can be set: 0-999min, and the cycle test action of "immersion-lift-immersion" can be completed, and the number of cycles can be set.
8. Safety protection device: leakage protection, short circuit protection.
9. There are casters and foot brakes at the bottom of the equipment, which can be easily moved and fixed6. It has the memory function of power failure time, so that the test work of the remaining time can be continued according to the original time after the power is received; it has double over-temperature protection and insufficient water level warning to ensure safe use.
10. The time of spraying and stopping of fog can be set separately, and the cycle intermittent spraying can be carried out.
11. The mist sealing groove uses an environmentally friendly water sealing method to prevent mist from leaking out.
12. The spray tower adopts a conical diffuser, which has the functions of guiding the mist, adjusting the amount of mist and evenly falling mist.
13. Water adding system: Automatic and manual water adding systems are adopted to automatically or manually replenish the water level of the pressure barrel and laboratory to prevent damage to the instrument due to water shortage and ultra-high temperature.
14. Demisting system: clear the salt mist in the test chamber during the test process and when the machine is shut down, so as to prevent the corrosive gas from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the test room.
15. Safety protection:
① When the water level is low, the power supply will be cut off automatically, and the safety warning light device will display dynamically.
② When the temperature is over, the power supply of the heater will be automatically cut off, and the safety warning light device will display dynamically.
③ When the water level of the reagent (salt water) is low, the safety warning light device lights up and gives an alarm prompt.
④ Leakage protection function to prevent personal injury and instrument failure caused by line leakage or short circuit.
