A micro tool copper electrode material was prepared using nanoscale rare earth oxide lanthanum oxide as an additive in the electroplating base solution. The effect of nanoscale lanthanum oxide additive on the electrochemical corrosion resistance of the electroplated electrode material was experimentally studied. The results showed that adding an appropriate amount of nano lanthanum oxide additive and under appropriate electrodeposition conditions, the electroplated copper electrode material exhibited strong resistance to electrical corrosion and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
