The RCDX - 8 hydraulic core drilling rig is an innovative multi - functional drilling equipment developed to meet market needs and integrate the world's advanced technologies. The drilling rig has strong adaptability and can work freely in plains, hills, high and low temperature environments. The host machine has a unique design, integrating bicycle frame, power, mud pump and winch into one, realizing the dual functions of line drill core and top drive. The RCDX - 8 is known for its superior performance and efficient working capabilities, while being easy to operate and ensuring operator safety. As an excellent domestic drilling rig, it is capable of BQ, NQ, HQ and PQ drilling tasks. This hydraulic diamond core drill rig is suitable for inclined and vertical drilling and is equipped with diamond and carbide drill bits, further expanding its application range and making it an important tool in drilling projects.

The RCDX - 8 hydraulic core drilling rig is known for its powerful power unit, with a maximum power of 276 kilowatts ( 370 horsepower ) and a rotation speed of 2100 rpm. It has excellent drilling capabilities, with NQ specifications up to 3,000 meters, HQ specifications up to 2,400 meters, and PQ specifications up to 1,700 meters. The spindle speed can be continuously variable in three gears, with a maximum speed of 1250 rpm, and the maximum spindle torque is 7300N·m. The maximum feeding force of the feeding system is 152 kN, the lifting force of the main winch ( single strand ) is 120 kN, and the lifting force of the line winch ( single strand ) is 15 kN. The effective lifting height of the derrick is 9.6 meters, and the angle adjustment range is 0 ° to 90 °. The clamping range of the foot clamp is 55.5-117.5 mm. The mud pump is a reciprocating three - cylinder plunger pump, model BW320, with different output volumes and discharge pressures.
