TWin Screw Extruder Machine 

 

The basic screw elements are fully meshing conjugate types, offering excellent self-cleaning properties and interchangeable capabilities. Leveraging years of experience in screw design and development, along with advanced software technology, this system efficiently accomplishes plastic conveying, plasticization, mixing, shear dispersion, homogenization, exhaust degassing, pressure building, and extrusion for various processes. In response to the emergence of new polymer materials and technologies, new screw elements and configurations are continuously introduced.

 

The connection between the screw elements and the core shaft employs an involute spline design that aligns with international standards, maximizing the potential of limited structural space while facilitating higher working torque and greater screw working volume.

 

The system incorporates various feeding structures, including single screw, twin screw, hollow spring types, and both meshing and non-meshing options, accommodating different material states. In addition to conventional low-cost volumetric feeding, it has pioneered a highly precise loss-in-weight feeding system in the domestic market. There are various pelletizing systems available, including water-cooled strand cutting, air-cooled strand cutting, air-cooled grinding cutting, water-ring grinding cutting, centrifugal mist cutting, and underwater grinding cutting, all of which can be selected based on specific requirements.

 

The electrical control cabinet features key components sourced from international suppliers, equipped with a linked control system. The oil lubrication system is interlocked with the main machine, ensuring that the main unit can only start after the oil pump is activated. Similarly, the feeding system is interlocked with the main machine, allowing the feeder to operate only after the main unit starts. The pressure system is also interconnected, halting the operation of both the main unit and feeder in the event of overpressure. The system includes safeguards against overcurrent, stopping the main unit and feeder if current limits are exceeded. In addition to standard instrumentation, options for control systems such as simulation panels, PLC systems, PCC systems, or large computer workstation controls may be provided.

 

The machine operates with low vibration and noise levels, requiring no foundation installation; it can simply be placed on a level surface. This design reduces space and installation requirements, making it more convenient to use.
