PET Bottle Recycling Washing Line Integrated PET Granulation and SSP for Food Grade or Fiber Industry
Our PET bottle washing line is a comprehensive solution designed to handle PET bottle recycling efficiently. The system includes a pre-shredder, hot washing unit, various sorting equipment, and a friction washer, all working together to produce high-quality PET flakes.

Granulation and SSP processing
The granulation machine we design with a compactor with single screw extruder recycling machine, with such design it has a few characteristic:

Cutting system choose underwatering cutting system which provides a round type(spherical) of pellets
When we introduce the materials to the after process and the reason behind that is because when we pelletize the pellets, the temperature will still be able to maintained at a higher 150degree centigrade, as though for this type of temperature will be easier to utilize in the after process which is SSP
A dryer and an online crystallization bed
Pre-heating is a mechanical agitation, this with the hollow-disc as well as the material touching the vessel surface creates heat to heat up the material. With this special design, we were able to reduce about 50% of energy consumption. This unite also gives a precise heat control and this will allow the material to be crystallized in this unit.
