Product Description

Wastewater treatment plant for plastic recycling

It is used for waste plastic recycling, washing system, and will make wastewater from washing system change clean water.
The water after treatment would meet the national emission standards.
Wastewaters include plastic recycling line sewage, domestic sewage, factory sewage, school sewage and so on. The main machine include wastewater adjust pond, reaction tank, air flotation tank, separation water tank, sand filter tower, carbon filter tower, sludge tank, plate frame filter press and so on. Before the wastewater into treatment system. We need to build a big sump and add a set screen which is used to filter Residue.

Chemical Feeding

-Three PE Barrel filled with chemical reaction material

-Each barrel with individual pump and chemical feeding device
-The PH of the water will be adjusted to best reaction state by the three automatically feeding

Air Floating Tank

-Used for solid-liquid separation
-With the dissolved air pump and tower will easily separate the solid and liquid water
-The whole tank is made by stainless steel

-With sludge scraper made by PVDF

Filter Recoil Pump with good brand

-The pump is provided by SOUTH PUMP famous brand

-Equipped with two sets shift use to ensure the system running with non-stop

-The pipe connect with the pump is finely made

Filter Tank

Two filter tanks: carbon filter tank and sand filter tank

-Each tank with the filter material inside
-The tank is also made by stainless steel
-The water after filter will be more clean

Plate and Frame Press Filter

-Press the sludge into dry form for easily carry-away

-The sludge after press will get two kinds of form, dry form and liquid form
-Dry form will be carried away and liquid form will come back to the water treatment for further processing

Packing & Delivery

• For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box.
• For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly.
• We can also ship the goods by air or by sea as buyer request.
• We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording.
• We can send cargo to client's warehouse to load.
