1. Which methods of payment do you support?

A.We support TT, L/C,DP,PayPal, Western Union, and cash(RMB).

2. How to get a quotation?

A.We need some time to calculate and also need specific
information from you.Information required for quotation
will be different among the different types of items.

a. Glass dimensions.

b. Order quantity.

c. Cutting rate.

3. How to place order?

A.(1). After confirmed quotation, we will issue proforma
invoice for client to sign back .

(2). Production and Delivery time will base on the order
quantity and trade item. We will send notice email with
product photo to client before delivery.

4. Do you accept small order?

A.Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable small order.

5. What is the shipping methods?

A.For small amount, usually send by air shipping. (DHL/UPS/FedEx) Take 4-5 working days.
For large amount, usually delivery by ship. (FOB/CNF/CIF) Take around 25-30 working days (Depend on the country)

A.Generally, there is no MOQ for processed glass, but if you want to received best price, the more requirements, the quote will be better.

9.Can I mix different type of glass in container?

A.Yes, we support different size or thickness of processing glass.

10. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A.Yes, generally, we offer 5-10 years warranty for processing glass based on your normally uses, we advise you uses in a right way can keep your products service life in a long time(more than 5 years).

11. What's the production time?

A.LGenerally need 25-35 business days to produce, if you need glass more faster, we can also provide urgently order service.

12. Can I visit your factory?

A.Yes, we welcome all of customers visit our factory when you have real requirements, we will take you to each of our production line, and discussing orders in our office.

A.Our windows and doors are customized. We always manufacture as per your dimension.

A.Inner EPE paper packing, exterior with wooden frame crate box.

16.Is there any price difference between powder coating and anodising ?

A.No price difference between them.We recommend you to choose anodised finish if the house is near salt water.
