| Production Line: | Our factory located in Jiangmen , has spent a huge sum of money to acquire papermaking line, high technology and advance equipment from USA and Europe. From the base paper, PE lamination paper coating , cutting , packaging , complete production supply chain. Our factory has a paper production line , the width of paper machine 3.6m , the highest production speed 450 meters / minute , the capacity of 80 , 000 tons / year. It is the domestic special paper industry a single large paper machine. The main body of the paper machine is provided by VOITH company in Germany based on which the most advanced sizing method is reconfigured. Muti - frequency oscillators in Bellmer , Germany, the pressure screen imported from Andritz , combined with the online testing equipment of American Honeywell and DCS online control, ensure stable product quality. One PE lamination line , with a width of 2.2 meters and a production speed of 280 meters per minute, has a designed production capacity of 40 , 000 tons per year. This production line is imported from Kodak company in the United States. It is equipped with five processes of printing , double - side film spraying and front and back coating. It automatic thickness gauge and automatic film spraying head are the first improted of similar equipment in China and it is in the leading production line in the world. Two coating production lines with an annual production capacity of 60 million produce waterproof paper , non - waterproof paper , art paper , Eco - solvent paper and other high - end image products.
