Introducing our Newly Shipped PCB: High-Performance 2-Layer Rigid PCB. This PCB substrate is crafted using Wangling F4BM250 PTFE fiberglass, ensuring superior quality and performance. The positive ED copper foil enhances conductivity and signal integrity. With a dielectric constant of 2.50 at 10 GHz/23°C and a low loss tangent of 0.0012 at 10 GHz, this PCB guarantees excellent signal transmission. It also boasts a peel strength greater than 1.8 N/mm and a moisture absorption rate of less than 0.08%, ensuring long-lasting durability. The CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) values are 20 ppm/°C (X-axis), 25 ppm/°C (Y-axis), and 187 ppm/°C (Z-axis).
This PCB offers a variety of dielectric thicknesses, allowing you to tailor it to your specific requirements. The diverse sizes available lead to cost-saving benefits, making it an economical choice. With commercialized, large-scale production, this PCB exemplifies high cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
This 2-layer rigid PCB features a well-designed stackup for optimal performance. It consists of a 35 μm copper layer on the top, followed by a 0.762 mm (30mil) F4BM250 dielectric layer, and another 35 μm copper layer on the bottom. This configuration ensures reliable signal transmission and efficient power distribution.
This PCB comes in a compact form factor measuring 96.15mm x 58.4mm, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. It supports minimum trace/space of 6/5 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.4mm, accommodating intricate designs. The finished board thickness is 0.8mm, providing durability without compromising flexibility. It features a 1oz (1.4 mils) outer layer copper weight and 20 μm via plating thickness. The surface finish is bare copper, ensuring maximum conductivity. Silkscreen, solder mask, and electrical testing are not included to offer versatility for various applications.
With 35 components and a total of 80 pads, including 38 thru-hole pads and 42 top SMT (Surface Mount Technology) pads, this PCB provides ample space for your circuitry needs. It features 63 vias and supports 7 nets, enabling efficient connectivity and integration.
This PCB artwork is supplied in Gerber RS-274-X format, ensuring compatibility with various design tools. It adheres to the widely accepted IPC-Class-2 standard, guaranteeing high manufacturing and assembly quality.
