Ribbon Blender Working Principle:
The screw rotation and feeding material in cilinder with the same level, to ensure low power-consuming but efficient mixing environment. Ribbon blade is made of double or tripple layers, outer ribbon put material flow from two sides to central part, inter ribbon put material flow from center to two sides, and conveying. Thus, to speed up the mixing, increase the degree of uniformity.
Materials:
Mainly by Carbon steel and Stainless steel 304, or SUS 316L(customized). SUS 304 for contacting material parts and all cylinder body, Other special material for coating with corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance.
Our Ribbon Blender machines is easy use and maintains and clean, small occupies, high efficient and long service life; Stone paint mixer machine is specialized in blending the resin emulsion with different gradations of sand particles.
Our mixer machine use all-stainless steel or carbonate steel, U-type swivel design, a single batch was stirred amount 1-50T. Horizontal stainless steel lacquer mixers, with automatic limit switches, multiple protection, greatly improving the equipment, safety during operation. Mixer adopt outer and inner layers ribbon blender, coiled form with the rotational direction of the material from both ends toward the middle push, and the inner spiral push with the material from the middle to the ends that to form to convective mixing.
