Hot air furnace with Biomass combustion systems 2 million Kcal/h for grain dryer
Hot air furnace is the company for the use of renewable resources, energy saving development of a new model. The model has husk bran generator, husk feeder, ash and smoke removal system, etc., each step is automatic control, the temperature can be accurately controlled at ±1 °C. The structure design is reasonable, the technical performance indicators have met the requirements of the plan, the series of husk furnace dryer, the use of biomass bran as fuel, save energy and reduce costs.
Main Features
●Using indirect hot air, the clean hot air passing through the heat exchanger has no tar and will not contaminate the grain
●Fully automatic hot air temperature control, temperature difference control at ±1 °C
●The coarse bran and ash discharge are fully automatic, and the computer automatically calculates the hot air demand of the dryer and transports the heat correctly
●Completely use biomass as raw material, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection. Waste biofuels such as grain bran, wood (chips), wheat stalks, peanut stalks, straw, corn cobs (stalks). The heat produced by burning 2.5 kg of bran is equivalent to that of 1 litre of diesel.
