Quick detail:
1. Adopting the principle of vertical suction duct, the separation effect greatly increases because the suction surface greatly increases compared with the original rice husk separator.
2. Lengthen the long drip plate to allow the cereal enter the roll area faster and more evenly through the long drip plate; the long drip plate feed automatically tracks the contact lines of the two rollers following the roller abrasion to ensure the shelling of the equipment.
3. Sensor detects the material level, when material come into the machine and get a certain level, automatically open the material door, tight roller work; lack material or material shortage, then close the door, loose roller.
4. Gearbox shift gear, rubber covered roller installed once until the rollers run out, without disassembly.
After gear box gear shift, adjust the motor frequency according to rubber roller diameter indicator, so that maintain the most reasonable linear speed difference of front and back rollers, so as to ensure shelling effect.
5. The movable roller swings around the fixed fulcrum to ensure a good parallelism between the two rollers until no more adjustment is needed.

2.Shift gears through gear box, keeping reasonable differential and sum of roll peripheralspeedsbetween fast roll and slow roll; husking yield can come to 85%-90%;need not replace rubber rolls in operation, but simplyexchange between rolls;
3.Use long shedding, with uniform feed, steady performance; equipped with automatic feed following mechanism, easy operation;
4.Use vertical air channel for paddy separation, with better effect of separation, less grain content in rice hull. less rice hull contained in mixture ofhuskedrice and paddy.
