DESCRIPTION

Ricite QBY3 pneumatic diaphragm pump is a kind of pump with simple structure, easy dismantling and maintenance, stable liquid delivery, less vibration, quieter. And it has strong self-priming ability, can transport high viscosity liquid, with advantages of self-priming pump, submersible pump, canned motor pump, slurry pump and impurity pump, etc. Using compressed air as the power source, can be used to transport all kinds of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, aggressive, flammable, highly toxic liquids, and liquids that are not easy to flow can be sucked out.

FEATURES

1. No need water supply, the suction lift is up to 5 meters, the head is up to 84 meters, and the outlet pressure is > 7bar;

2. Smooth and wide inner pipeline, can transfer the diameter of larger particles with diameter reach 10 mm. When pumping mud or impurities, it is nearly no wear of the pump;

3. The head and flow rate can be stepless adjusted through the opening of the air valve (air pressure adjustment is between 1-7bar);

4. The pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seal, and diaphragm and other mechanical parts are separated from the medium, so the transported medium will not leak. Therefore, it is suitable of pumping toxic, aggressive, or corrosive fluids, it is safe for environment and workers;

5. No need to use electricity, safe and reliable to be used in flammable and explosive places;

6. Can be used as a submersible pump;

7. Easy to use, starting or stopping the pump is simply by open and close the gas valve. Even if dry run for a long time in unexpected circumstances or sudden shutdown, the pump will not be damaged, once overloaded, the pump will automatically stop by self-protection, when the load returns to normal, and it can automatically restart;

8. Compact structure, less wore parts, the pump is easy to install and maintain, the medium transported by the pump will not contact the gas distribution valve, coupling rod and other moving parts, so the wear of rotors, pistons, gears, blades, and other components has been reduced;

9. Can transport high viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 cP);

10. No need to be lubricated with oil, and can dry run.
