1. The internal design of the asphalt mixture is optimized. The feed and mixing blades are arranged in a spiral shape. The drum rotates and the aggregate rises. The heating area is large, and the fuel efficiency is high. It can not only mix new asphalt mixtures, but also heat and regenerate waste materials, and reuse waste to become treasure. When mixing new and old asphalt mixtures, if you need to add an appropriate amount of hot asphalt, you can use liquid or block hot asphalt, put it into the drum with the aggregate, and mix and heat. Or first put the aggregate into a drum and mix it, heat it to about 100 ° C, then add hot asphalt and continue mixing and heating.
2. Diesel generator set consists of direct injection, vortex combustion chamber high-speed diesel engine and directly connected generator with good insulation and reliable performance. In addition to ensuring the normal use of electricity for the whole machine, it can also drive crushing picks and pavement heaters to reduce physical labor, increase the bonding strength of hot asphalt mixture and the original asphalt pavement, and extend the service life of the road.
3. Mobile operation method: The whole machine is hoisted on a truck without any modification, and the vehicle is carried on the construction site. Other operations are carried out as usual after the operation is completed; the tractor-pulled to the construction site is dragged, equipped with Tripod turntable traction, flexible turning.
