Introduction of Embossing Roller Plastic Sheet:

The plastic sheet embossing roller is a product used to emboss the concave and convex patterns on plastic sheets. It is widely used in the plastics industry to produce exquisite concave and convex patterns for artificial leather, PU leather, various plastics (such as films, plates, sheets), etc., to enhance the surface beauty of the product, enhance the anti-counterfeiting effect or protect the trademark.

Production procedure of the Embossing Roller Plastic Sheet:

1. The roller body material is generally made of high-quality seamless steel pipe (special materials can be customized according to user needs). The inner hole is bored and ground to make the pipe wall thickness uniform, and then welded, stress-relieved, turned, ground and finished;

2. Calibrate static balance and dynamic balance processing; the coaxiality of the finished roller is ≤0.02mm;

3. According to the pattern, different processing techniques are used to achieve the extruded product with clear pattern lines, exquisite patterns, rich layers, and precise dimensions.

4. Finally, the surface is plated with hard chromium or other treatments, the hardness can reach HRC58-62
