Working principle

The front power (provided by the user) on the wire to be cleaned passes through the shot blasting chamber through the pressure wheel, and the high-speed shots are shot by two upper and lower shot blasting machines arranged inside the shot blasting chamber, and two left and right shot blasting machines arranged on both sides. Strike the surface of the passing wire to remove the oxide scale and rust layer on its peripheral surface. After cleaning, the pellets are sent to the lower part of the elevator by the screw conveyor, and the pellets are sent into the separator by the elevator, and the qualified pellets are fed into the hopper through the airflow for recycling. The unseparated mixture of pellets is returned to the shot blasting The chamber continues to circulate.
