This line is mainly used to produce PVC glazed tile which width is 720mm, 880mm, 1040mm,thickness is 2-3mm. (Other size can be customized).PVC, ASA, PMMA compound roof tile production line consists of conical twin screw extruder SJZ80/156, co-extruder, extruding tools, forming machine for main tile and ridge tiles, haul-off, cutter and stacker. Supply formula guide and staple raw material purchase. Professional analyzing and design by considering production cost and roof tiles' performance.
Application
High-grade plants, steel factories, warehouse, farm market, market access, sheds and other high-end roofing materials. Especially in corrosive chemical plants, smelters, ceramic plants, soy sauce factory, acid, alkali and other corrosive plant.
The structure and character of PVC Anti-corrosion complex corrugated sheet. With the special accessories, the plastic roof tile can enhance three grades of waterproof, wind and corrosion resistance. This structure fully sealed with screw head, so solve the problem of the corrosion of screw, the aging of waterproof apron, the leakage of screw hole; There is water-proof apron below than can prevent the infiltration of surface water from screw hole. The increase of screw fixed position can against typhoon. Three prevent: the prevent of edge waves, dark through, screw holes.
