Description:
High-speed emulsification tank is the most advanced blending equipment in the fields of dairy products, beverages,
fruit juice and foods etc. When the high-speed super-fine emulsification paddle works, it throws the materials in the center of rotor to stator at a high speed, then through teeth clearance of stator and shearing, collision and crushing between rotor and stator, the super-fine emulsification is realized. Therefore, it is an integrated equipment comprising multi-function such as blending, emulsifying, homogenizing, solving and smashing etc.
Operating principle
The mixer's high speed and precise rotor-stator tolerances create significant suction, drawing the product from the tank's bottom to the head's center. Subsequently, the rotor propels the product radially from the lower part of the head. As the product passes through the stator's openings, it undergoes mechanical shearing, with particles sheared by the rotor at 20 m/s. Exiting the stator through high-speed slots, the product experiences hydraulic shearing.
Simultaneously, the product returns to the working head, ensuring a continuous mixing cycle and fostering robust circulation within the tank. The vertical suction combined with radial thrust establishes a circulating flow. With proper mixer sizing and power selection, the tank's ingredients circulate through the working head numerous times, facilitating gradual and uniform homogenization.
An essential feature is the mixer's ability to minimize product aeration, preserving product integrity.
