Smooth Operation

The cycloidal reducer's design ensures that reduction components move in a seamless, rolling fashion, preventing the common issue of tooth breakage found in conventional gear systems. This results in a robust product with an extended lifespan.

High Efficiency

Through Rolling Contact - the primary torque-transmitting elements roll without sliding, leading to minimal friction and optimal efficiency. The efficiency of a single stage nears 93%, while a double stage achieves around 86%.

Durability and Longevity

The unique gear tooth profile of the Cycloid Drive facilitates load sharing among multiple teeth, making it resistant to tooth breakage.
