Stone Production Line:

Stone production Line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc.
Our stone production line is suitable for artificial sand making or processing hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble and other aggregates.
It is applicable to power industry, building materials processing, road building, and construction industry and other fields.
Its output is generally 50-500 t/h.

Basic Flow:
Big stones are evenly sent into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder, for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are sent to the impact crusher for further crushing. Then, the materials are transmitted to the vibrating screen through belt conveyor and classified according to their different sizes.
The qualified stones are sent to the stockpile by belt conveyor. Those unqualified stones are sent back to the impact crusher by belt conveyor and crushed again.
Dust removal plant can be assembled to the crushing machine to protect the environment.

1. introduction of the basic process of stone production line
Firstly, the stones materials are send to coarse crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, after first-stage crush, the coarse material will be transported to the impact crusher for further crushing by belt conveyor, and then the fine crushed stone materials are separated by vibrating screen to get different size of gravel. The gravels which don’t meet the demand of size will be returned to the impact crusher for crushing again.
