The SMP (Shredding-Mixing-Pumping) system includes three main units and two auxiliary units. The main units are the crushing unit, mixing unit, and pumping unit, and the auxiliary units are the nitrogen protection unit and deodorization unit. The original intention of SMP design is to uniformly pre-shred and mix hazardous waste with complex components, use pumping to transport the mixture with small calorific value fluctuations through pipelines, and continuously and stably put it into the incinerator for disposal so that incineration The state is continuous, stable and easy to control, reducing the frequency of coking, increasing the life of refractory bricks, and reducing the risk of excessive exhaust emissions, thereby solving the problem that the control of the incineration system is very difficult due to the large range of calorific value of the collected hazardous waste— —Frequent coking in the incinerator makes the system unable to operate continuously, and the entire system must be shut down, cleaned and re-fed after a period of feeding operation. At the same time, the service life of the refractory bricks is short, and the tail gas is easily discharged beyond the standard.

Main Equipment
One-stage dual-shaft pre-shredder: it adopts the driving mode of motor + planetary reducer, with low speed and high torque, which can be used for crushing work with high strength and complex materials, especially for leather and textile flexible materials; simple power transmission mode, which greatly reduces equipment failures and ensures reliable and long-lasting operation of the crusher, specifically manifested in stable output and small fluctuation range of output size.
Two-stage double-shaft fine shredder: using thinner cutters to further crush the primary pre-broken material to an ideal size. The secondary crusher also has multiple advantages such as low speed, high torque, high reliability, and low maintenance cost.
Hydraulic mixer: double-layer cylinder structure, the inner layer is made of imported wear-resistant steel, with long service life, fully sealed, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, and can be used to dispose of hazardous waste. Equipped with multiple groups of feeding ports, it can receive solid, semi-solid, and liquid waste at the same time. Equipped with an adjustable hydraulic weir plate, the liquid level in the cylinder can be adjusted to realize continuous or intermittent discharge. The stirring shaft is equipped with a spacer, if the material is wrapped around the shaft, it will not affect the continued operation of the mixer at all.
Single plunger solid pump: The hopper is lined with imported wear-resistant special materials, which can resist damage to the hopper by various sundries. The special crown cutting head is integrally cast with hard alloy, which can quickly cut off various hard sundries. The ram made of hard alloy can effectively prevent the backflow of materials in the pipeline. The main oil pump and solenoid valve adopt the German Rexroth brand, with an ultra-low failure rate.
