Composed of LLDPE surface and PU foaming layer, this carrier features superior temp retention, maintaining the food inside warm for 4-6 hours or chilled for 3-5 hours. Plus, the embedded sealing ring enhances thermal insulation, and the vent cap serves to balance air pressure and control humidity.
• Large Capacity & 3 Pans w/ Lid: Our hot box for catering has a spacious interior, the internal dimensions are 53x33x21 cm / 20.9"x13"x8.3", and the capacity reaches 30 L / 36 quarts. It comes with three 1/3 pans, made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and equipped with a lid, keeping food warm and hygienic. Each food pan measures 32.5x17.5x20 cm / 12.8"x6.9"x7.9" in dimensions and 10 L / 12 Qt in capacity.
