Production Description

Feeding: Conveying liquid materials from storage tanks or other containers to the filling head of the filling machine by means of pumps or other conveying devices.

Dosing: Using flow meter, load cell or volumetric dosing device, etc. to precisely control the amount of liquid to be filled each time in order to meet the product specification requirements.

Filling: Under the control of the filling head, the quantized liquid material is injected into the container (e.g. bottle, can, bag, etc.). During the filling process, the filling speed and height may need to be adjusted to ensure that the liquid flows accurately and smoothly into the container.

Sealing (for some types of containers): Immediately after filling is complete, the container may need to be sealed to prevent liquid leakage or contamination. Detection and Rejection: Some advanced liquid filling machines are also equipped with an automatic detection system, which is used to detect whether the filling volume is accurate, whether the container is well sealed, and so on. Once the unqualified products are found, they will be rejected automatically.
