Product Introduction of RO Water Treatment System

There are many pores on the reverse osmosis semi-permeable membrane, and the size of these pores is equivalent to the size of water molecules. Since bacteria, viruses, most organic pollutants and hydrated ions are much larger than water molecules, they cannot pass through the reverse osmosis semi-permeable membrane. The membrane is separated from the water phase passing through the reverse osmosis membrane. Among the many impurities in water, soluble salts are the most difficult to remove. Therefore, the water purification effect of reverse osmosis is often determined according to the desalination rate. The desalination rate of reverse osmosis is mainly determined by the reverse osmosis semi-permeable membrane selectivity. The salt removal rate of the reverse osmosis membrane element with higher selectivity can be as high as 99.7%.

The Basic Working Principle of RO Water Treatment System
1:Pre-treatment system
It mainly includes: raw water pump, quartz sand filter, dosing device, security filter, precision filter. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine, so as to meet the water inlet requirements of reverse osmosis. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should be determined according to the specific conditions of the raw water.
2:Reverse Osmosis system
It mainly includes multi-stage high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane casings (pressure vessels), pressure instruments, flow meters, brackets, etc. Its main function is to remove impurities in the water and make the effluent meet the requirements of use. According to water requirements, a single-stage reverse osmosis device or a double-stage reverse osmosis device can be used.
