Tips for skipping rope

1. Basic jumping: This is the most basic skipping skill. You only need to keep your body upright, touch the ground lightly with the balls of your front feet, and turn the skipping rope easily with your wrists.

2. Alternate foot jumping: On the basis of basic jumping, alternately change the position of your feet every time you jump. This is a good way to improve body coordination.

3. Double Under: During the jump, the skipping rope goes around the body twice and the feet jump twice. This requires faster jump rope speed and better timing control.

4. Cross jump: During the jump, cross one arm in front of the other arm, wrap the skipping rope around the front arm from behind, and then repeat the action with the other arm.

5. High leg jump: During the jump, try to raise your knees as close to your chest as possible, which can exercise your thigh muscles and increase your heart rate.
