IP Gold Ion Plating Equipment For Faucet - RTAC1615-SPDC is avaliable to generate IPG gold color by sputtering Gold Alloy, Rose Gold, IPG 18K, IPG 24K, sterling silver, TiN gold, ZrN Gold, and black colors etc. The PVD plating finishes can be brushing colors and mirror-like surface finish, or matt colors.

The RTAC1615-SPDC ion plating machine can deposit metal films and multiple layers like TiN, TiC, ZrN, CrN,TiAlN, with bright colors, strong adhesion & excellent scratch protection, fast deposition rate, good diffraction.
IP Gold Ion Plating Equipment For Faucet - RTAC1615-SPDC Information:
1. High pumping system package: SV300B* 2 + WAU2001*` + 3* Molecular pumps + Polycold Exclusively vacuum pumping system design concept has low power consumption, which reduce 30%~50% production cost per hour.
2. Patented Cathodic Arc Power Supply developed for minimize this disadvantage : macroparticles (droplets)formation. Which is also valiable for ABS PVD coatings and Gold/Silver Sputtering.
3. The Cathodic arc power supply has DC and Pulsed models, stable arc current; accurate current control with low overshoot.
4. Cathodic Arc source exclusively designed and produced for maximize the targets utilization ( up to 90% for a some targets)
5. Bias Power Supply and Ion Source Unit for optional enables a bright colors of final finishing
6. Cylinder sputtering cathodes for Chrome PVD sputtering or Aluminum sputtering on plastic parts.
