It is used to cut off the bead and steel wall with steel wires from waste tires.

It is used to cut the body of waste tire into strip type, so the strip can be feed to block cutter.

Input : the tire tread and side wall and output of QQJ-20 bead cutter.
Output is 3-5cm width rubber strip
