CRYSTAL BASE SILKSCREEN PRINTED GLASS is made of Tempered glass or Tempered Laminated Glass,by heating flat glass to its softening temperature (APPR.650-680 °c) in the oven and cooling it down with jets of clean cold air.
Before it is tempered or laminated, glass will be edge polished, and silk screen printed, the design and colours will be as per customers’ drawings.
FEATURES:

2. Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.
3. 5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.
