1. The machine combines the material uncoiler with leveler. It has a unique cylinder type press, worm and worm type leveling regulation method. It is suitable for the 0.3-3.2mm material uncoiling and precise leveling
2, material uncoiler frame: material support tile plate adopts three leaf design, tile plate radian and material roll inside diameter coincide, tile board surface by Seiko, quenching and tempering treatment, smooth and wear-resistant, during useing, it will not damage the material. The material A type block adopts quick change structure, quick replacement and firm, does not damage the tile.
3, leveling rollers: 7pcs (top 3/, 4 arrangement), the lower roller 4 with drive function. It adopts high strength rolling bearing, steel bar quenching and tempering, high frequency quenching, surface chromium plating and grinding. Surface hardness up to HRC60-62 degrees. The utility model has the advantages of high steel, strength and wear resistance, high leveling accuracy, no friction on the surface of the material, and no scratching of the material.
4, feeding roller parts: feeding roller using pneumatic compression device, can produce enough tensile force, the material to the leveling roller, and is synchronous rotation. The same is made of high strength rolling bearing steel, hardened and plated by grinding. It has the same strength, steel and abrasion resistance as the leveling roll.
