Working principle
When the Drum screen works, the motor connects the reducer and the drum device through a coupling, and drives the drum device to rotate about its axis. Drum sieve is a mechanical method. There are several side-by-side sieve bars to form sieve holes to form sieve surface. After the material is put into the roller device, the material is turned and rolled due to the tilt and rotation of the roller device. The materials are screened out one by one through different screens.
Application
Drum screen is a new generation of sieve equipment, mainly composed of inlet and outlet, motor, gear-box, frame, roller device, etc. It can be used in chemical, coking, mining, power plant, building materials, metallurgy and other industries. The roller unit is tilted and mounted on the frame, and the outside is sealed by a sealed spacer to prevent contamination.
