Description

This series of spiral sand washing machines is designed to effectively clean and separate soil from sand and gravel. The uniform agitation provided by the spiral blades facilitates the filtering of water, removal of impurities, and the lifting and conveying of materials.

1. The water tank adopts built-in bearing design, the drainage device is located at the bottom, and the rotating part adopts multiple sets of rubber rings to seal, so that the tail bearing can handle a good working environment and effectively protect the transmission parts.
2. The soft connection structure is adopted. When the party is overloaded, the soft connection is disconnected first to ensure the safety of the whole machine.

3. The bottom overflow plus inclined plate structure is adopted to effectively prevent the loss of sand washing.

4. Less maintenance, large processing capacity, relatively long service life, almost no wearing parts, rarely need maintenance, greatly reducing costs;
