The main features of this method are:
1) In the process of crystal growth, it is convenient to observe the growth of crystals;
2) The crystal grows on the free liquid surface, is not forced by the crucible, can reduce the stress of the crystal;
3) It can be easily used to use the desired orientation seed crystal and "shrink neck" process, which helps to grow higher quality crystals at a relatively fast rate, and the crystal integrity is better;
