High Accuracy Cartridge Hard Tube Printing Machine Modular Screen Printer
Plastic Lubricant Cartridge Screen Printer 1-6 colors available at speeds up to 80 pieces per minute.
Cartridges can be printed on either a combination screen printer or a CNC rotary machine, the choice depends on the distance from the printed image to the printed edge. If the distance is greater than or equal to 6 mm, you can choose a combination screen printer, but if it is less than 6 mm, please consider using a CNC rotary machine.
Machine Features:
- Two-color, three-color, four-color and six-color printing models are available to meet different customer needs.
- The machine is suitable for 360° printing of graphics and text on the surface of plastic, metal and glass containers of all shapes.
- Container pre-registration, surface treatment, multi-color printing and curing are done on a servo fixture, which provides accurate color registration and is less likely to damage the product surface.
- Optional bottle bottom or bottle mouth visual positioning system when feeding containers, solving the problem that traditional printing machines tend to damage the bottom of containers.
- UV curing can be partially or fully utilized with an LED-UV curing system, saving energy.
- The last screen printing and UV curing station can be removed and a visual inspection system can be installed for the finished product, which saves labor by separating qualified and unqualified products after discharging.
- The machine is equipped with a remote management function, which can solve machine faults and technical problems for customers from anywhere with an internet connection.
