Nylon printing nets are made of high-quality polyethylene raw materials and have a good stretching rate. The printed effect is rich in color and lifelike. It is the preferred screen product in the printing industry. The price of nylon printing nets is relatively low, and the printed results are also very good. Therefore, the use amount is higher in ordinary silk screen printing applications. Moreover, the reuse rate of nylon printing nets is also very high, and it can generally be printed tens of thousands of times.
Although the use rate of nylon printing nets is relatively high, satisfactory demand cannot be achieved in some specific occasions. The disadvantage of nylon printing nets is poor water immersion, and the elasticity after receiving water is seriously affected. Therefore, it is not suitable for use in the presence of water, and it cannot be printed with water-based inks.

This can have plain weave or double warp structure and can be used in Filtration, Screening, Sifting or Milling applications from the production of filter bags, and screens to being injection moulded as special filter applications.
We can supply Nylon Mesh in many different sizes with a mesh opening of 42 to 1900 microns.
We have two kind of packing type:
1.Fold the mesh into plastic bag ,then in carton.Suitable for small quantity and have no requirement on the crease.
2.Pack the mesh with paper and plastic bag,then in carton.Suitable for large quantity and the mesh has better surface then folding type.
