GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Digital SCR voltage regulator “ZKG-2A ” used to control Triac, based on the single-chip computer as the core is designed to adjust load voltage continuously by phase angle trigger, which is fit for temperature control of bottle blowing machine or other mechanical equipment. Due to the use of deep voltage negative feedback, “ZKG-2A series” have exceptional stabilized voltage property, well linearity control function, and can minimize the effects of electric network fluctuation.

ZKG- 2A series have the built-in LED which can display output voltage. This new design has special advantages, such as high accuracy, good shock-resistant, good reliability, strong anti-interference ability, small overall dimensions, lightweight, clear reading, no parallax, remote viewing result and so on.

NOTICES DURING INSTALLATION

1. Please connect wire between output, feedback, power, ground wire and load according to wiring dirgram ,The phase of load must correspond with power of voltage regulator (i.e. synchronism), or it will lead to damage of voltage regulator.

2. The withstand voltage of SCR must be more than 2.5 times supply voltage. (e.g. if service voltage is 220V, then SCR withstand voltage must be more than AC600V). And the rated current of SCR must be more than 1.5 times in-service current.

3. You should fit a big enough radiator to your SCR and pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation, to ensure the temperature of SCR is less than 80℃ in any case.

4. One terminal of series fuse must be connected to the anode of SCR, and the other one must be phase line terminal, not allowed elsewhere.

5. If SCR radiator charged, you must make a liberal allowance for an electrical shock hazard and short circuit between SCR.

6. If you want to mount an ammeter in series, it must be connected to SCR anode, and let no trigger signal move through the ammeter.

7. The wires connected to trigger terminal should be as short as possible and separated from other wires, in order to avoid mutual interference and resulting in a false triggering.
